Many years ago I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which has unfortunate side effects like hair loss, weight gain, insulin resistance, infertility, and a long list of other issues caused by hormone imbalance. 

I have personally made great improvements in my PCOS symptoms through diet and exercise alone (check out this playlist on youtube).  I have transitioned from irregular, painful cycles to a regularly monthly schedule while also coming off of all prescription medications. In 2014, I was able to naturally conceive my son Mercury after many years of infertility. I had a "normal" pregnancy and complication-free delivery. In late 2016 I got pregnant again, with my youngest son Apollo. I feel extremely fortunate that my body was able to create these two amazing boys.


However, these are my own personal results and I am not a dietician or doctor. I recommend consulting a professional before making any major changes to your diet, and doing lots of research yourself. All of the information I share is what works for ME, which may or may not work for your body.
